  21. Hi.  I got by brand-new pre-release Flyer about a week ago and I've been
  22. rendering an Anim on it for about that time.  Anyway, when I went to the
  23. NewTek/Toaster drawer, there were icons for Lightwave and Modeller (and
  24. .FP versions).  Double-click on'em, and LW comes up.  Click ANYWHERE, and
  25. the program abruptly exits.  I've also tried making icons for LW and
  26. Modeller when I got 3.5, but the same thing happened.  I'm assuming the
  27. Icons are kinda an after thought and only REALLY work in LW SA, so if I
  28. plug a dongle in, it should work fine.

  30. It would be nice if 4.0 let you run LW without booting the Toaster first
  31. (but still making sure a Toaster is there) so you could render and get a
  32. few more megs of RAM by leaving the Toaster off.  Just a thought...
